Photography at Neverland

COMING SOON! Sessions will open when we have enough flowers for backdrops.

We’re excited to welcome photographers to our farm and provide a seasonal backdrop for your sessions. From families and maternity to engagements and portraits, our fields are designed to photograph beautifully throughout the season.

To keep things running smoothly for you and your clients, please review the details below before booking.

PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION DETAILS:

All sessions must be booked by the photographer conducting the shoot. By booking, you’re reserving private access to the flower field for your selected time - no overlapping photographers.

AVAILABILITY:

Our flower field is open for photography sessions mid-June through September, Monday–Thursday from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. (Once we have flowers blooming, our booking calendar will be available)

Weekend availability is limited - please email sarah@neverlandflowerfarm.com to inquire.

Sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Sessions begin and end at your scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend your session.

BOOKING & PAYMENT:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Session Options:
$50 | 1 Hour
$90 | 2 Hours

FLOWERS DURING YOUR SESSION:

Flower picking is not included but can be added on:

  • $25 You-Pick Cup — for gathering stems during your session
  • $50 Custom Bouquet — designed for your shoot (includes a take-home you-pick cup)

Please email in advance if you’d like to add either option.

RESTROOM FACILITIES:

We do not have public restroom facilities on-site. Please plan accordingly.

IMPORTANT RULES:

This is a working flower farm, and we ask that you help us protect the space while you create.

  • Please do not enter any structures – sheds, cabin, etc. Photos are to be taken in the field only.
  • Be mindful of uneven ground, insects, mud, and farm equipment
  • No pets allowed
  • Children must be supervised at all times

Located ~8 miles south on Highway 79 near Saverton.
Parking is available in the driveway and designated areas near the home.

PHOTO USE & CREDIT:

You’re free to use the photos you take for personal or commercial purposes. We do ask that you give credit to Neverland Flower Farm when posting or sharing any images online. 

Also, Neverland Flower Farm may use images taken on our property for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

Social media posts, website galleries, marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.)

We deeply value and respect your work as a photographer. Whenever possible, we will give full credit to the photographer when sharing or using these images. If there are any specific photos you would like to exclude from this permission, please notify us in writing prior to or immediately after your session.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We understand that schedules can change. Please review our policy carefully.

  • Cancel 2+ days in advance → full refund (minus processing fees)
  • Within 2 days → non-refundable
  • One reschedule allowed with 2+ days notice
  • No-shows / last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refund or reschedule
  • Weather-related reschedules are always allowed

PHOTOGRAPHER RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

As the booking photographer, you’re responsible for your session and your clients.

Please:

  • Share directions, parking info, and farm rules ahead of time
  • Keep your session within your reserved time
  • Clean up all props and belongings after your shoot

REQUIRED WAIVER:

A signed waiver is required prior to your session.

Photographers may complete one waiver on behalf of their group. To keep check-in quick and easy, please complete it before arrival. You can access the waiver here.
